Breezy today with a chance of evening snow or rain showers! Cool and dry Friday through Sunday! Possible coastal storm early next week!


Good morning everyone!   We have mostly clear skies early this morning and temperatures range from the low 30s in the Clifton area down to the mid 20s further inland, winds are gusty out of the west.

Today will be a breezy day and temperatures a couple of degrees milder than on Wednesday.  The day should start out mostly sunny but we should see increasing clouds this afternoon with a chance of rain or snow showers as a weak cold front approaches the area.

Dry but cool weather to persist Friday through Sunday as high pressure builds into the area..

Another coast storm is possible Monday night into Wednesday, there will be a good chance of rain or snow but at this time it is too early to tell the strength and path of the storm and how it will affect our area..

 

THE FORECAST:

TODAY – MAR 15 – Partly sunny this morning with increasing clouds this afternoon, breezy with highs in the upper 40s.

TONIGHT – Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain or snow showers, low in the upper 20s.

FRIDAY – MAR 16 – Mostly sunny and breezy, high near 40.

SATURDAY – MAR 17 – Sunny, high in the upper 40s.

SUNDAY – MAR 18 – Sunny, high in the mid 40s.

MONDAY – MAR 19 – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 40s, chance of rain or snow at night.

TUESDAY – MAR 20 – Cloudy with a chance of rain or snow, high in the low 40s.

WEDNESDAY – MAR 21 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain or snow, high in the low 40s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  A small craft advisory will be in effect for westerly winds gusting to 30 knots, seas 5-8 feet.

OUTLOOK – Small craft advisories expected on Friday with possible gale gusts; mainly below small craft advisory conditions Saturday through Monday.
