Another beautiful spring day today! Chance of showers on Thursday and again over the weekend!


Good morning!

Skies early this morning are mostly clear and temperatures range from the low 50s in the Clifton area down to the low 40s further inland, winds are mainly calm.

High pressure will dominate our weather today giving us plenty of sunshine, high temperatures should be a couple of degrees higher than on Tuesday.

A cold front moving through the area will give us a chance of showers tomorrow afternoon and evening, temperatures will be mild.

High pressure builds briefly into the area on Friday giving us a dry and mild day.

The weekend at this point looks unsettled with a chance of showers both days as a front moves into the area, temperatures will be mild on Saturday but cooler on Sunday.

Mainly dry weather early next week with a slow warming trend.

THURSDAY – MAY 10 – Partly sunny with a chance of afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms, high in the mid 70s.

FRIDAY – MAY 11 – Sunny, high in the low 70s.

SATURDAY – MAY 12 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers, high in the upper 70s.

MOTHER’S DAY – MAY 13 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers, cooler, high near 70.

MONDAY – MAY 14 – Mostly sunny, high in the low 70s.

TUESDAY – MAY 15 – Partly sunny, high in the upper 70s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  TODAY – Easterly winds to 7 knots, seas 2 feet.

OUTLOOK – Possible small craft advisories on Thursday; mainly below advisory levels Friday through Sunday.
