Cooler today with showers developing! Very nice weather Wednesday through Saturday! More showers possible Sunday and on Memorial Day!


Good morning everyone!

Skies are mostly cloudy early this morning and temperatures range from around 60 in the Clifton area down to the mid 50s further inland, winds are mainly calm.

A frontal system will cause showers to develop mainly after 10 a.m. and continue into the early evening, with considerable cloudiness and a light onshore winds temperatures today will be cooler.

High pressure building into the area on Wednesday and will control our weather through Saturday providing our area with plenty of sunshine each day with warm temperatures.

Unsettled weather is expected Sunday and on Memorial Day with a chance of showers both days along with cooler temperatures.

 

THE FORECAST:

TODAY – MAY 22 – Cloudy with showers mainly after 10 a.m., high in the upper 60s.

TONIGHT – Cloudy with showers and possibly a thunderstorm mainly before 7 p.m., low around 60.

WEDNESDAY – MAY 23 – Partly sunny and warmer, high in the low 80s.

THURSDAY – MAY 24 – Sunny, high near 80.

FRIDAY – MAY 25 – Sunny, high in the mid 80s.

SATURDAY – MAY 26 – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 80s.

SUNDAY – MAY 27 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, not as warm, high in the mid 70s.

MEMORIAL DAY – MAY 28 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, high in the low 70s.

 

MARINE FORECAST:  TODAY – Southeast wind to 9 knots. seas 1 foot.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected Wednesday and Thursday with possible small craft conditions Friday and Saturday.
