Dry and mild weather for today! More rain on Saturday! Dry weather with mild temperatures on Sunday!

Good morning!

Skies are mostly clear early on this Friday morning and temperatures range from the low 30s in Clifton down to the low 20s further inland, winds are light or calm.

High pressure moving through the area will give us a rather pleasant day for early January with mild temperatures and light winds. We should see an increase in cloudiness this evening.

A low pressure system moving into the area will give us rain mainly falling from late tonight through tomorrow afternoon, rainfall amounts will average about an inch.

Sunday looks to be a dry day with seasonably mild temperatures as high pressure builds into the area.

Monday should be dry and somewhat colder but another low pressure system will likely give us more precipitation late Monday night into Tuesday, the precipitation may start off as a wintery mix but change to all rain.

Fair weather returns for the rest of next week with seasonably cold temperatures.
