Another nice and warm day today! Possible showers tonight! Strong thunderstorms possible Sunday afternoon and evening! Dry and cooler weather early next week!

Skies across the area on this first morning of June are partly cloudy and temperatures are mild with readings ranging from the low 60s in Clifton down to the low 50s further inland, winds are mainly calm.

A weak high pressure will give us another pleasantly warm day with plenty of sunshine with highs again reaching the low 80s. A weak disturbance will give us a chance of showers late tonight.

Most of Sunday will be dry and warm but a cold front will give us a good chance of strong thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.

High pressure will build into the area early next week with plenty of sunshine both Monday and Tuesday along with cooler tempertures and much less humidity.

Warmer and becoming more humid with a chance of showers and thunderstorms Wednesday and Thursday followed by dry weather for Friday.

TONIGHT – Increasing cloudiness with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, low in the low 60s.

SUNDAY – JUNE 2 – Partly sunny with showers and thunderstorms likely in the afternoon and evening, some storms may be strong, high in the upper 70s.

MONDAY – JUNE 3 – Mostly sunny, breezy and less humid, high near 70.

TUESDAY – JUNE 4 – Sunny, high in the low 70s.

WEDNESDAY – JUNE 5 – Partly sunny with a chance of afternoon and evening showers, high near 80.

THURSDAY – JUNE 6 – Partly sunny with a chance of showers, high in the low 80s.

FRIDAY – JUNE 7 – Mostly sunny, high near 80.
