High pressure over New England will give us an onshore flow of cool air today and there will be considerable cloudiness, high temperature will struggle to reach the 70 degree mark.

A warm front will cross the area tomorrow morning with a southwest flow of warmer air, skies will be partly sunny.

Wednesday will be the warmest day of the week with highs well up into the 80s with some 90 degree temperatures possible. A cold front will cross the area at night giving our area a chance of showers and thunderstorms.

Much cooler on Thursday as the front moves to our south and low pressure will be moving along the front which will likely give us some rain.

Fair and cool weather is likely Friday through the weekend.

A weak cold front moved through our area overnight and high pressure will build into our area from the Great Lakes which will give us mostly sunny skies with still above normal temperatures but humidity will become much lower with dew points in the 60s this morning dropping to the 40s by late in the day.

An onshore flow will cause cooler temperatures on Monday but we will continue to have mostly sunny skies.

Unseasonably warm temperatures will be with us for the first two days of October with Wednesday being the warmest day with highs well up into the 80s with some 90 degree readings possible. A cold front may cause some showers and thunderstorms Wednesday night.

Much cooler weather Thursday through next weekend. Low pressure along the front to our south may give us some showers Thursday into Friday morning.

High pressure offshore will give us a southwest flow of warmer and more humid air as dew points rise to the upper 60s by this afternoon. A cold front will move through the area tonight with a low chance of some showers and thunderstorms mainly from 10 p.m. until 2 a.m. Sunday morning.

High pressure will then build behind the front and Sunday should be pleasant with temperatures a little above normal and it will be much less humid.

Dry weather on Monday but an onshore flow will keep temperatures on the cool side.

Warmer on Tuesday and especially on Wednesday with high temperatures in the 80s. Showers and thunderstorms are possible Wednesday afternoon into the evening as a cold front moves into our area

The cold front will slowly move to our south bringing cooler conditions on Thursday along with a chance of showers.

Low pressure may form on the front to our south possibly giving us a chance of rain on Friday with continued cool temperatures.

High pressure over the area will give us mostly sunny skies, any fog will quickly burn off just after sunrise, temperature will be cooler than yesterday and the humidity will be low.

Saturday will be warmer as the high pressure moves off the coast. We will continue to have mostly sunny skies and the humidity will rise by late in the day. A weak cold front will give us a low chance of some showers at night.

Sunday will be a little cooler and less humid as another high pressure builds over the area but with mostly sunny skies.

Dry weather on Monday with seasonable temperatures as high pressure moves off the New England coast.

Today will be a warm day with an increase in clouds as a cold front approaches the area, it will be a little more humid and there is a chance of showers this afternoon as the front swings through our area.

After a cool start on Friday we should see sunny skies with high temperatures a little above normal in the afternoon but with lower humidity.

The weekend looks to be mainly dry, Saturday will be the warmest day of the weekend. A weak cold front will come through dry Saturday night and Sunday will be slightly cooler but still with above normal temperatures.

Our dry weather pattern will continue into next week, temperatures will be a little above normal on Monday but warm up to well above normal readings Tuesday and especially on Wednesday.

Looking further ahead it appears that much cooler air will move into our area by next Friday.
