Brisk and chilly today! Hard freeze tonight! Mostly sunny and cold on Saturday but with lighter winds! Milder Sunday into Monday! Rain likely on Tuesday possibly changing to snow!

Skies across the area have becoming mostly clear and it is quite chilly with temperatures ranging from around 30 in Clifton down to the low 20s further inland, winds are gusty out of the north-northwest.

High pressure over the midwest will build into our area giving us a brisk and chilly day, highs will only reach the low 40s and with winds gusting to 30 mph will make it feel even colder. Skies will be mostly fair. With clear skies and light winds temperatures tonight will drop down well into the 20s giving our area a hard freeze and end our growing season.

Saturday will be chilly but with much lighter winds, skies will continue to be mostly fair.

Dry weather will persist Sunday and Monday with milder temperatures.

Another front will likely give us some rain Monday night into Tuesday. The rain may change to snow late in the day on Tuesday and depends how much moisture there is as colder air moves into the area.

Another surge of colder air Wednesday and Thursday along with dry conditions.

VETERANS DAY – NOV 11 – Partly sunny, high in the mid 50s, chance of rain at night.

TUESDAY – NOV 12 – Cloudy with rain likely, high in the low-mid 40s. Rain may change to snow before ending at night.

WEDNESDAY – NOV 13 – Mostly sunny, cold and breezy, high only in the mid 30s.

THURSDAY – NOV 14 – Mostly sunny, high in the low 40s.

MARINE FORECAST: TODAY – A small craft advisory is in effect until 1 a.m. Saturday morning for northwest winds gusting to 30 knots, seas 3-5 feet.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected on Saturday; possible small craft advisories Sunday afternoon and evening; no advisories expected for Monday; small craft advisories likely for Tuesday with some gale gusts possible Tuesday night.
