Good morning!

Our area has mostly clear skies early on this Saturday morning and it is colder than the last couple of mornings with temperatures ranging from around 30 in Clifton down to near 20 further inland, winds are mainly calm.

High pressure will be moving off the coast today as low pressure approaches the area from the southwest. We will have mostly sunny skies this morning but an increase in clouds this afternoon. Rain from this system is expected to develop late tonight which may start as freezing rain or sleet across the higher elevations well to our north and west.

Rain is expected to continue Sunday morning and may mix with or change to snow before ending well inland from our area. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 1 1/2 inches likely.

Monday and Tuesday will be dry with seasonably mild temperatures as high pressure builds into our area.

Wednesday will be mild but we may have some showers as a cold front crosses our area.

Thanksgiving looks to be a dry but very windy day, temperatures will be cooler but not nearly as cold as last Thanksgiving when high temperatures were only in the 20s.
