A storm system will be moving towards our area today and it will become cloudy, at this time only some flurries are expected during the day today. The heaviest precipitation will be later tonight with snow, sleet and freezing rain, accumulations of frozen precipitation will be between 1-3 inches. During the day on Tuesday most of the precipitation will change to rain but mixed precipitation will still be likely just to our north and west. Tomorrow’s morning commute may be hazardous. All the precipitation will end by late in the day.

Mainly dry weather Wednesday through the weekend with Thursday being the coldest day with highs only in the 20s and lows well down in the teens. Some moderation in temperatures over the weekend.

The low pressure that gave us rain the past two days has moved up to eastern Canada while high pressure builds from the west. Today will be a mostly sunny day but windy with gusts up to 35 mph. Temperatures will be slightly above normal.

Another low pressure system will affect our area Monday afternoon through Tuesday, light snow will develop in the afternoon and then mix with freezing rain and sleet by evening and then to all rain on Tuesday. Very tricky forecast with snow and ice amounts depends on the exact track of the low pressure. At the present time around 1 inch of snow is possible before mixing with sleet and freezing rain, ice amounts may be significant especially further inland. The precipitation is expected to end Tuesday afternoon.

Dry weather but cold Wednesday into next weekend with Thursday being the coldest day with high temperatures staying below freezing.

Low pressure will be moving through our area today, the steady rain will taper off to showers this morning and continue this afternoon, temperatures will be quite mild with readings in the 50s.

The low pressure will then move into eastern sections of Canada as high pressure builds from the northwest. We will have mostly sunny skies on Sunday with cooler temperatures, it will become windy with gusts up to 35 mph.

Another storm system will affect the area Monday afternoon through Tuesday. A wintery mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain Monday afternoon and evening will change to all rain by Tuesday morning. Possible accumulations of less than one inch of snow and sleet before the change over to rain.

Cold and dry weather is then expected Wednesday through Friday.

High pressure is moving off the coast as low pressure is developing to our south and will move into our area. Rain is likely by this afternoon that may start off briefly as snow to our north and west. Rain tonight with the heaviest rain falling between 1 a.m and 7 a.m. Saturday morning. Rain will then taper off to showers in the afternoon and evening. Total rainfall will be between 1 and 1 1/2 inches.

Clearing on Sunday but it will be breezy with near normal temperatures.

The next storm system will likely give us precipitation Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning, a wintery mix is possible Monday afternoon and evening changing to rain Monday night and ending Tuesday morning.

Dry but cold weather is then expected for Wednesday and Thursday.

Strong high pressure over our area will give us sunny skies today but temperatures will struggle to reach the mid 30s.

Milder on Friday as a frontal system moves into our area, rain from this system will develop by the afternoon and continue at night.

The storm will continue to affect our area on Saturday, temperatures will rise into the 50s, rain may be heavy at times, total rainfall should be between 1 and 1 1/2″

Clearing on Sunday and a little cooler.

After a dry and seasonably cold Monday another storm system will give our area a chance of rain or snow on Tuesday followed by clearing on Wednesday.
