Good morning!

Skies are mostly clear early on this Wednesday morning and temperatures continue to be mild with readings ranging from the low 40s in Clifton down to the upper 30s further inland, winds are gusty from the west.

CLIFTON’S ALMANAC FOR MARCH 4TH:

AVERAGE HIGH: 44 AVERAGE LOW: 29

RECORD HIGH: 73 – 1974 RECORD LOW: 7 – 2014

YESTERDAY’S HIGH: 58 LOW: 47 PRECIPITATION: .38″

The cold front that caused the rain last night has moved to our east and a high pressure will build into our area today. We should see mostly sunny skies and it will continue to be mild but there will be a gusty wind from the west. A weak cold front will cause mostly cloudy skies tonight with a low chance of a light shower around midnight.

Sunshine again on Thursday and it will be just a little cooler with less wind than today.

The low pressure that we have been tracking for Friday will be well offshore but close enough to give us a chance of showers during the day possibly mixing with snow showers before ending Friday night especially further inland.

This coming weekend will have sunny skies both days, it will be cool and breezy on Saturday but milder with less wind on Sunday.

Quite mild again early next week, Monday will be dry but there will be a chance of showers on Tuesday as a cold front approaches our area.
