Skies across the area are mostly clear and temperatures range from the upper 30s in Clifton down to the mid 20s further inland, winds are calm or light northwesterly.

High pressure will be moving through the area today giving us a dry and seasonably mild day, skies will be mostly sunny this morning but we should see an increase in the clouds this afternoon.

A low pressure area will be moving into the area late tonight with rain developing after midnight and continuing till around noon on Thursday, rain may be moderate to heavy at times with rainfall amounts near 1 inch. Most of Thursday afternoon and evening will be dry but some showers are possible later at night.

Friday looks to be a warm day ahead of a cold front, we should see considerable amounts of cloudiness with a chance of showers, highs during the day should reach the low to mid 70s but may be higher if we get more sunshine than expected.

Noticeable cooler weather for the weekend but we will be dry as strong high pressure moves into the area. Saturday will be breezy with less wind on Sunday.

Another disturbance may give us some more rain early next week.
