Remaining cloudy and cool today! Mainly dry weather Wednesday through the weekend!

Skies are cloudy early on this Tuesday morning and some light showers were still falling mainly south of our area, temperatures range from near 40 in Clifton down to the mid 30s further inland, winds are from the east.

Overnight rain has ended over much of the area, but today will continue to be cloudy and cool with an onshore flow as a weak trough passes through the area.

We should finally see some sunshine on Wednesday as a stronger low passes well to our south and high pressure builds into the area.

Thursday again will be cool and it should be windy from the coastal storm well out into the Atlantic.

Dry weather Friday through the weekend with somewhat milder temperatures.

TONIGHT – Mostly cloudy, low in the mid 30s.

WEDNESDAY – APR 1 – Partly sunny, high in the low 50s.

THURSDAY – APR 2 – Mostly sunny and breezy, high in the mid 50s.

FRIDAY – APR 3 – Mostly cloudy in the morning becoming partly sunny in the afternoon, high in the mid 50s.

SATURDAY – APR 4 – Partly sunny, high in the mid 50s.

SUNDAY – APR 5 – Partly sunny in the morning then becoming mostly cloudy, high in the upper 50s.

MONDAY – APR 6 – Partly sunny, high in the mid 60s.

MARINE FORECAST: TODAY – Easterly winds to 10 knots, seas 1 foot.

OUTLOOK: A small craft advisories has been posted effective between 6 p.m. this evening valid until 7 p.m. Wednesday evening; advisories likely on Thursday; advisories expected for Friday and Saturday.
