Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Wednesday morning and temperatures range from the upper 40s in Clifton down to the upper 30s further inland, winds are light northeasterly.

Strong high pressure centered over New England will give us an onshore flow of cool air today, skies will be mostly sunny, it will be breezy but not as windy as yesterday as Arthur has moved well to our east.

Another mostly sunny and cool day on Thursday with the high pressure closer to our area.

A little milder on Friday but a weak frontal system may give us some showers at night.

Showers will be likely on Saturday followed dry conditions Sunday and on Memorial Day, temperatures will be slightly below normal.

THURSDAY – MAY 21 – Sunny, high in the upper 60s.

FRIDAY – MAY 22 – Partly sunny, high in the low 70s. Chance of showers at night.

SATURDAY – MAY 23 – Mostly cloudy with showers likely mainly in the morning, high in the low 70s.

SUNDAY – MAY 24 – Partly sunny, high in the upper 60s.

MEMORIAL DAY – MAY 25 – Mostly sunny, high near 70.

TUESDAY – MAY 26 – Partly sunny, high in the mid 70s.,

MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory is in effect until 7 a.m. Thursday for easterly winds gusting to 30 knots, seas 6-11 feet.

OUTLOOK – Advisories possible for high seas Thursday and Friday; no advisories expected on Saturday; advisories likely on Sunday.
