A weak cold front came through yesterday evening bringing in less humid air. Today will be hot but less humid as dew points that were in the 70s yesterday will only be in the 60s today, skies will be mostly sunny.

Quite warm and becoming more humid again Wednesday into Thursday as a warm front passes through our area Wednesday morning followed by a cold front moving through Thursday night. Showers and thunderstorms are likely both days and some may be strong to severe with some heavy downpours possible.

More pleasant weather Friday through the weekend, temperatures will average slightly above normal and the humidity will be moderate with plenty of sunshine each day.

Another very hot and humid day today as a southwesterly flow dominates. A weak cold front will cross the area this evening with only a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Daytime highs will once again be well up into the 90s and with dew points in the 70s will make it feel near 104, a heat advisory continues in effect.

Somewhat less hot and humid on Tuesday as weak high pressure moves into our area, highs will still be in the low 90s but the dew points will drop into the more comfortable 60s.

Quite warm to hot weather and becoming more humid again Wednesday into Thursday. Showers and thunderstorms will be likely especially Wednesday afternoon and evening, some of the storms may be strong.

A weak cold front will cross the area Thursday night followed by somewhat cooler and drier air Friday through the weekend.

Overnight lows tonight will be in the upper 70s.

High pressure will give us a hot weekend as we are in the climatology hottest part of the summer. With plenty of sunshine today temperatures will rise into the mid 90s, however the humidity will not be that bad with dew points near 60 this afternoon.

Very hot on Sunday with an increase in humidity as dew points rise to near 70, heat indexes will be at or above 100 degrees and a heat advisory is in effect for our area.

Continued very hot and humid on Monday with heat indexes rising to near 105 and the heat advisory will continue. Some afternoon thunderstorms are possible but most of the day will be mostly sunny.

Not quite as hot on Tuesday as a weak cold front moves through the area but it will still be in the low 90s.

Slightly lower temperatures Wednesday and Thursday but it still be quite humid with a chance of showers and thunderstorms as a cold front crosses the area.

Mainly dry weather for Friday with seasonably warm temperatures and lower humidity that may last through next weekend.
