Mostly sunny and warm today! Warm weather to continued over the weekend with an increase in humidity! Showers likely early next week!

Skies are partly cloudy early on this Friday morning and there is some fog in some inland areas. Temperatures range from the upper 50s in Clifton down to the upper 40s further inland, winds are mainly calm or light westerly.

Today will be a warm day as high pressure is off our coast, skies will be mostly sunny.

More humid weather is expected for the weekend, we should stay mostly dry but there is slight chance of a shower mainly to our south on Saturday and possibly some drizzle Sunday morning. Temperatures will be above normal.

Shower threat increases early next week as a couple of cold fronts move through the area, the mostly likely chance of rain is Monday afternoon through Tuesday. Temperatures will continue to be average to above normal.

Cooler weather Wednesday through the end of next week.

MONDAY – SEP 28 – Mostly cloudy and humid with a chance of showers, high near 80.

TUESDAY – SEP 29 – Partly sunny with showers likely, high near 80.

WEDNESDAY – SEP 30 – Partly sunny, high in the low 70s.

I want to wish my wife a happy 43rd anniversary. It was one of the chilliest September days with a high of only 56 with around 1 1/2″ of rain. But the weather was lucky for us!
