Skies are partly cloudy early on this Monday morning and temperatures range from the low 50s in Clifton down to the low 40s further inland, winds are calm or light northerly.

A weak front will cross the area this morning with only some cloudiness, skies should become mostly sunny this afternoon. Temperatures will be similar to yesterday with highs near 70.

High pressure will dominate our area Tuesday and Wednesday with milder temperatures. A cold front will then give us a chance of a shower Wednesday afternoon and evening.

Dry and chilly Thursday and Friday, temperatures Friday morning may be the lowest of the season so far with lows near 40.

At this point a warming trend is expected for the weekend and we should stay mainly dry.

TONIGHT – Mostly clear, low in the low 50s.

TUESDAY – OCT 6 – Partly sunny, high in the low 70s.

WEDNESDAY – OCT 7 – Partly sunny with a chance of an afternoon and evening shower, high in the mid 70s.

THURSDAY – OCT 8 – Sunny, breezy and cooler, high in the mid 60s.

FRIDAY – OCT 9 – Sunny, high in the mid 60s.

SATURDAY – OCT 10 – Sunny, high in the low 70s.

SUNDAY – OCT 11 – Mostly sunny, high in the low 70s.

MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory is in effect for high seas until 2 p.m this afternoon. Winds northerly becoming east-northeast near 10 knots, seas 4-5 feet.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected for Tuesday; possible small craft advisories from Wednesday through the day on Thursday; no advisories expected Thursday night through Friday.
