Sunny and a little warmer today! Very warm to hot weather for the weekend with only a slight chance (20%) of an afternoon shower both days. Mainly dry weather to continue next week!

Skies are mostly clear early on this Friday morning and temperatures are a little cooler than the last couple of morning with readings at 5 a.m. ranging from 53 in Clifton down to 45 at Walpack, winds are mainly calm.

Strong high pressure will continue to influence our weather today with sunny skies; high temperatures will be a little warmer than yesterday with readings in the 80s.

It now appears that the weekend will be very warm to hot both days with only a slight chance of an afternoon shower, highs will be near 90.

Dry weather to continue much of next week,; temperatures will be below normal on Monday but rise to above normal readings Tuesday through Thursday, with Wednesday being the hottest day with highs possibly in the low 90s.

WEDNESDAY – MAY 26 – Mostly sunny and hot, high in the low 90s.

THURSDAY – MAY 27 – Partly sunny, high in the mid 80s.
