Skies are mostly cloudy to cloudy early on this Saturday morning and temperatures at 5 a.m. range from 59 in Clifton down to 53 at High Point. Winds are from the east around 10 mph.

A back door cold front moved to our south last night and we will now have an easterly flow of cooler air. Skies will continue to be mainly cloudy with a slight chance of sprinkles.

Tomorrow will be another cloudy day with some light rain likely as a weak low offshore affects our weather.

Mainly dry much of next week with temperatures well above normal especially towards the middle to the end of the week.

TUESDAY – OCT 12 – Mostly cloudy, high in the low 70s.

WEDNESDAY – OCT 13 – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 70s.

FRIDAY – OCT 15 – Partly sunny, high near 80.

MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory is in effect until 6 p.m. Monday evening for northeast winds gusting to 30 knots, seas 6-10 feet.

OUTLOOK – Possible small craft advisories continuing for higher seas on Tuesday; no advisories expect for Wednesday.
