Skies are mostly clear early on this Monday morning and temperatures at 5 a.m. range from 44 degrees in Clifton down to 26 at Walpack. Winds are calm or light northerly.

Milder air will move into the region and we will have sunny skies once again as high pressure will be over the area.

Dry and mild conditions will prevail tomorrow through Thursday. A weak cold front will cross the area on Wednesday but only associated with some clouds. Not much cool air after the front passes so highs will remain in the 60s on Thursday.

A strong frontal system will likely give us rain Friday into Saturday that may be moderate to heavy at times. Friday will be quite mild but it should be slightly cooler on Saturday.

Dry and cooler weather is expected on Sunday as temperatures drop to near seasonable levels.

TUESDAY – NOV 9 – Sunny, high in the upper 60s.

FRIDAY – NOV 12 – Mostly cloudy with showers likely, high in the mid 60s.

SATURDAY – NOV 13 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers, high near 60.

SUNDAY – NOV 14 – Mostly sunny and cooler, high in the low 50s.

MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory is in effect until 6 p.m. Tuesday evening for northerly winds to 25 knots, seas 3-6 feet.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected for Wednesday and Thursday; possible small craft advisories on Friday.
