A warm front will move north of our area this morning accompanied by some showers mainly from 9 a.m. till noon and followed by a brisk southwesterly flow of unseasonably warm air with temperatures rising to near 70 degrees.

Unseasonably mild again on Monday with brisk southwesterly flow. A cold front will cross the area Monday evening with more showers likely mainly late in the day and evening.

Cooler and dry on Tuesday as high pressure moves into our area.

A weak low pressure area will again give us a chance of showers on Wednesday with near seasonable temperatures.

After a dry Thursday showers again are possible Friday into Saturday with much cooler temperatures for next Sunday.

High pressure moving off the coast will give us dry conditions and mostly cloudy skies today with milder air and very light winds.

A warm front will move north of our area Sunday morning accompanied by some light showers and followed by a strong southwest flow of unseasonably mild air with high temperatures reaching the low 70s in many areas.

The front will sag into our area on Monday with some showers likely, at the present time the front may just stay to our north most of the day which would give our area another unseasonably warm day.

The front will move to our south Tuesday morning with showers mainly before dawn and followed by a brisk northwest flow of cooler air.

Rather unsettled weather Wednesday through Friday with a chance of showers late Wednesday night and again on Friday. Temperatures during this period will average slightly above normal.

High pressure in our area will give us a sunny day today with chilly temperatures but with much less wind than yesterday.

As the high pressure moves off the coast a light southwesterly flow will give our area milder temperatures on Saturday despite mostly cloudy skies.

A warm front will pass north of the region on Sunday accompanied by some light showers mainly in the morning, temperatures will rise well up into the 60s with some 70 degree readings possible, skies will remain mostly cloudy.

A frontal system will likely give us rain on Monday, temperatures should be a little lower but still well above normal.

Another frontal system will give us another good chance of rain Thursday into Friday.

Friday will be a dry but a chilly day with early lows in the teens and afternoon highs mostly in the upper 30s.

A weak cold front came through early this morning but today will be mild with highs near 50 with light winds.

February’s average temperature was 35.4 degrees which is around 2 degrees milder than normal. The highest temperature was 69 on the 23th, the lowest was 13 degrees recorded on the 6th, 14th and 15th. Precipitation was near normal with 3.20″. Snowfall was well below normal with 3.6″, last February we had 35.5″

SUMMARY FOR THE WINTER MONTHS DECEMBER THROUGH FEBRUARY:
