Mostly sunny and mild today and again on Friday! Very mild with some record high temperatures Saturday through Monday! Mainly dry and cooler Tuesday and Wednesday!

Skies are mostly clear early on this Thursday morning and there is some patchy fog over some inland areas. Early temperatures range from 48 in Clifton down to 33 at Walpack. Winds are mainly calm.

High pressure will be over the area today and again on Friday providing plenty of sunshine both days with highs in the upper 60s to around 70.

As the high pressure moves offshore a return southwest flow of unseasonably mild air will be with us Saturday through Monday with highs each day well up into the 70s with some record highs possible. It should remain mainly dry through the period with only a slight chance of some light showers on Sunday.

A cold front will cross the area Monday night followed by cooler air for Tuesday and Wednesday.

TODAY – NOV 3 – Sunny, high in the upper 60s.

TONIGHT – Partly cloudy, low in the upper 40s.

FRIDAY – NOV 4 – Some patchy fog before 9 a.m. then becoming mostly sunny, high near 70.

SATURDAY – NOV 5 – Some patchy fog before 9 a.m. then becoming partly sunny, high in the mid 70s.

SUNDAY – NOV 6 – Mostly cloudy and more humid, high in the mid 70s.

MONDAY – NOV 7 – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 70s.

TUESDAY – NOV 8 – Sunny and cooler, high in the low 60s.

WEDNESDAY – NOV 9 – Mostly sunny, high near 60.

MARINE FORECAST: TODAY – East to northeast winds becoming east to southeast this afternoon to 10 knots, seas 2 feet.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected Friday through Sunday.
