Mild with rain developing by early this afternoon and ending tonight! Mostly sunny and breezy on Monday! Mostly sunny and cooler on Tuesday! More rain expected Wednesday afternoon and at night!

Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Sunday morning and temperatures are above normal with early readings ranging from 48 in Clifton down to a cool 27 at Walpack. Winds are light from the southwest.

A frontal system will cause rain this afternoon and will end tonight, rain may be moderate to heavy at times. Rainfall amounts will average between 3/4″ to 1″. It will continue to be mild with highs in the 50s.

Monday will be a mostly sunny with near seasonable temperatures but it should be rather breezy with gusts to 25 mph.

Tuesday will be slightly cooler but dry and less wind as high pressure builds closer to our area.

Another frontal system will give us more rain Wednesday afternoon and night with quite mild temperatures.

Cooler but dry Thursday and Friday, also Thursday will be quite windy.

At this point next weekend looks to be mainly dry but a weak front may cause a shower on Saturday. Temperatures will be seasonably mild.

TODAY – NOV 27 – Cloudy with rain developing early this afternoon, high in the mid 50s, rainfall totals will be between 3/4 to 1 inch.

TONIGHT – Cloudy with rain ending by 10 p.m., low in the mid 40s.

MONDAY – NOV 28 – Mostly sunny and breezy, high in the mid 50s.

TUESDAY – NOV 29 – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 40s.

WEDNESDAY – NOV 30 – Mostly cloudy with showers in the afternoon and night, high in the upper 50s.

THURSDAY – DEC 1 – Sunny and windy, high in the mid 40s.

FRIDAY – DEC 2 – Sunny, high in the upper 40s.

SATURDAY – DEC 3 – Partly sunny with a chance of a shower, high in the low 50s.

MARINE FORECAST: A gale warning will be in effect between 1 p.m. and 10 p.m. for southerly winds gusting to 40 knots, seas 6-9 feet.

OUTLOOK – Advisories likely to continue on Monday; no advisories expected for Tuesday; advisories expected for Wednesday and Thursday.
