Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Thursday morning and temperatures range from 63 in Clifton down to 58 at Walpack and High Point. Winds are calm or light westerly. Air quality is moderate with an index of 70.

Finally a rather nice day today as weak high pressure builds into our area. Skies will be mostly sunny but we should have some haze from the Canadian wildfires. Temperatures will be warm with a little less humidity than the last few days.

Another warm and dry day on Friday as the high pressure moves offshore. Some haze in the morning but should diminish by the late in the afternoon as winds switch to the southeast.

Unsettled weather Saturday through Independence Day as a series of troughs of low pressure moves through the area. There will be a chance of showers each day with possibly some afternoon and evening thunderstorms. Also it will be rather humid.

Wednesday should be mostly sunny and warmer.
