Skies are cloudy early on this Tuesday morning and some showers are falling over the area.. So far today my new weather station recorded .79″ of rain since midnight. Temperatures range from 66 in Clifton down to 61 at High Point. Winds are light from the northeast. The air quality is good with an index of 50.

A warm front moving to our north will cause some showers this morning mainly before 8 a.m., then it will remain cloudy with a low chance of more showers and thunderstorms later this afternoon into this evening.
Wednesday will start off mostly cloudy but it should become partly sunny by the afternoon with near normal temperatures.
Dry most of Thursday but a weak frontal system will give us a chance of showers late Thursday night into the day on Friday.
Very pleasant weather for the weekend with plenty of sunshine both days along with low humidity. Saturday’s highs mostly in the low 80s, it will be warmer on Sunday with highs in the upper 80s.
