Some sunshine this morning then becoming cloudy again by later this afternoon with some rain showers likely late tonight! Mostly cloudy and seasonably mild on Friday! Plenty of sunshine on the weekend and continued seasonable mild! Dry weather to continue through the middle of next week with near seasonable temperatures!

For a change we have mostly clear skies early on this Thursday morning and temperatures range from 32 in Clifton down to 26 at High Point, Basking Ridge and Pequest. Winds are calm or light southwesterly. The air quality is moderate with an index of 51.

AVERAGE HIGH: 37 AVERAGE LOW: 22

RECORD HIGH: 63 – 1989 RECORD LOW: 6 – 2019  We had 19″ of snow in 2021.

YESTERDAY’S HIGH: 37 LOW: 31 PRECIPITATION: .07 ″ SNOW: 0.4″

For the first time in over a week we will have a nice sunrise this morning but as a cold front approaches from the northwest clouds will again increase this afternoon and some rain showers are likely overnight. Temperatures will be mild with highs in the upper 40s.

Still seasonably mild on Friday but we will again have more clouds than sun.

Plenty of sunshine both Saturday and Sunday with temperatures a little above normal as high pressure builds from the west.

Dry weather should continue through the middle of next week with plenty of sunshine each day with near seasonable temperatures.
