Skies are clear with plenty of light from the full moon early on this Monday morning and temperatures range from 32 in Clifton down to 22 at Walpack. Winds are mainly from the north averaging 5-10 mph. The air quality is good with an index of 33.

High pressure extending from Quebec to our area will give us a mainly light northeast flow of air. Temperatures will be near seasonable levels in the low 50s. Skies should be sunny.

As the high pressure moves offshore an onshore flow will give us more clouds, high temperatures may be a couple of degrees lower than today.

A moist onshore flow will persist on Wednesday giving us cloudy skies and a chance of light rain or drizzle.

A low pressure system is expected to give us rain on Thursday.

Dry but breezy Friday and Saturday with less wind and continued mostly sunny skies for Easter Sunday.

MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory is in effect until 6 p.m. Tuesday evening for northeast winds gusting to 30 knots, seas 7-12 feet.

OUTLOOK: Advisories likely to be continued Tuesday night through Wednesday night due to high seas; advisories possible during the day on Thursday; advisories likely to return for Thursday night into Friday with some gale force gusts.
