Skies are mostly clear early on this Tuesday morning and with mainly calm winds there is a rather large spread in temperatures with readings ranging from 53 in Clifton down to 42 at Pequest and Sandyston. The air quality is good with an index of 48.

High pressure will be moving off the coast today as a frontal system slowly approaches our area from the west. We will have an increase in high clouds with mild temperatures and light winds.
The frontal system will move into our area on Wednesday giving us a chance of showers in the afternoon becoming more likely at night. With the clouds and onshore wind high temperatures will only be in the low to mid 60s.
A series of fronts will continue to give us a chance of showers Thursday through Saturday, high temperatures will be milder.
Dry weather with near to slightly above normal temperatures Sunday into Monday as high pressure builds into our area.
Looking further ahead it still appears the the rest of next week will be quite warm.
