Skies are mainly clear early on this Tuesday morning and it is rather chilly with temperatures ranging from 45 in Clifton down to 32 at Walpack. Winds are from the north averaging 5-10 mph. The air quality is good with an index of 24.

High pressure over the area will give us a nice sunny day today with plenty of sunshine and light winds. High temperatures will be mainly in the upper 60s which is slightly below normal.
We will have an increase in clouds on Wednesday as a frontal system slowly approaches our area. There will be a chance of showers in the afternoon becoming more likely at night. Temperatures will be a little above normal with a rather brisk southerly flow.
The cold front associated with this system will slowly move through our area on Thursday and showers are expected much of the day.
Still a chance of a lingering shower on Friday with high temperatures near normal
Dry and much warmer weather this weekend that should extend to at least through early next week as high pressure will move to off the southeast coast and we will have a west-southwest flow of air.
