The nor-easter off the Mid-Atlantic coast developed some tropical characteristics yesterday and was named Sub-Tropical Josephine. This storm will be moving further offshore today and we should have gradually less wind. Skies will be mostly sunny with mild temperatures.

High pressure will then build from the north giving us mostly sunny skies both Friday and Saturday with cool temperatures and less wind. Overnight there may be some frost in parts of the area.

Dry weather will continue Sunday through Wednesday as high pressure will dominate our weather. Temperatures will be near or slightly above normal.
