Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Saturday morning and early temperatures range from 32 in Clifton down to 29 at Walpack, winds are calm or light southwesterly.

High pressure will build into our area from the southeastern states with a southwest flow of milder air, winds will be a little brisk in the afternoon with some gusts to 25 mph.

Sunday and Monday will continue to be mild but with considerable cloudiness. There is a slight chance of sprinkles Sunday afternoon and evening.

Colder air will be filtering in for Tuesday and there will be a chance of snow showers Tuesday night into Wednesday.

Dry and finally colder than normal Thursday through next weekend.

WEDNESDAY – FEB 1 – Partly sunny with a chance of snow or rain showers, high in the upper 30s.

THURSDAY – FEB 2 – Partly sunny, high in the upper 30s.

FRIDAY – FEB 3 – Mostly sunny, high in the low 30s.

MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory is in effect until 11 a.m. this morning for southwest winds gusting to 25 knots, seas 2-3 feet.

OUTLOOK: Possible small craft advisories during the day on Sunday; no advisories expected Sunday night through Wednesday.
