Skies are mostly clear early on this Friday morning and temperatures range from 30 in Clifton down to 24 at High Point. Winds are a little gusty out of the west-southwest. The air quality is good with an index of 23.

Storm over eastern Canada along with high pressure to our south and west will give us a gusty westerly flow of cold and dry air. There is a slight chance of a flurry mainly to our north and west. Wind gusts to 40 mph possible.
As the high pressure builds closer to our area on Saturday with less wind but still chilly temperatures.
A low pressure system will give us rain mainly Sunday afternoon and evening. The precipitation may start off as snow to our north and west & temperatures will be slightly milder
Brief high pressure will give us a dry day on Monday but it will be colder.
Another low pressure system will move into our area on Tuesday giving us rain or snow. At this point the best chance of accumulating snow will be to our north and west but it all depends on the track and strength of the storm.
Fair and seasonably cold weather is expected for Wednesday and Thursday.
