Skies are partly cloudy early on this Wednesday morning and temperatures are quite cold with readings ranging from 24 in Clifton down to 15 at High Point. Winds are still a little gusty out of the northwest. The air quality is good with an index of 28.

Today will be a chilly with an increase in clouds as high pressure moves off the coast, high temperatures will struggle to reach 40 degrees, however it will not nearly be as windy as yesterday.

Slightly milder on Thursday along with mostly sunny skies as a weak high pressure builds into the area.

Milder on Friday but a weak disturbance will likely give us showers at night.

Above normal temperatures to continue over the weekend but another weak disturbance may give us some showers on Sunday.

Mainly dry and cooler weather is expected for early next week as another Canadian high pressure builds into our area.

TUESDAY – MAR 24 – Mostly sunny, highs in the mid 40s.

MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory is in effect until 11 a.m. this morning for northwest winds gusting to 25 knots, seas 4-7 feet.
