Sunny and very warm today with continued low humidity! Hot and gradually more humid Friday and Saturday! Not as hot with a chance of showers on Sunday! Dry with near seasonable temperatures Monday and Tuesday then warmer again by Wednesday!

Skies are mainly clear early on this Thursday morning and with calm or light southwesterly winds there is a big spread in temperatures with readings ranging from 63 in Clifton down to 43 at Walpack. The air quality is good with an index of 49.

A high pressure ridge building over our area will give us a light west-southwest flow of very warm air today with highs well up into the 80s to near 90. The humidity will stay comfortable with dew points in the 40s.

The high pressure over the southeast will continue to give us hot weather for Friday and Saturday along with just a slow increase in humidity with dew points in the 50s. Winds will be light on Friday but breezy on Saturday.

A cold front moving through on Sunday will give us a chance of showers along with cooler temperatures.

Back to the dry weather for at least through the middle of next week. Temperatures will be seasonable Monday and Tuesday then become warmer on Wednesday.

TUESDAY – JUNE 9 – Sunny, highs in the low 80s.

WEDNESDAY – JUNE 10 – Mostly sunny, highs in the upper 80s.
