Another very hot and humid day today with high temperatures once again well up into the 90s and with dew points near 70 the heat index will rise to 105 this afternoon and a heat advisory continues in effect. A cold front will cross our area tonight possibly accompanied by some strong to severe thunderstorms late this afternoon into tonight.
Saturday will be a mostly sunny day with quite warm temperatures but with lower humidity as a weak high pressure builds into the area.
Sunday will be hot and a little more humid but a stronger cold front may touch off some more strong thunderstorms late in the day and at night.
Mainly dry with near seasonable temperatures and more comfortable humidity. At this point the only chance of showers will be on Thursday as another cold front approaches our area.
