Lingering rain mainly to our east this morning as the cold front moves further offshore. We should have gradual clearing during the day today but it will be quite chilly and windy as high pressure builds from the middle of the country.

As the high pressure builds closer to our area we will have a sunny day on Sunday with diminishing winds and somewhat milder temperatures in the afternoon.

Mainly dry with near seasonable temperatures much of next week however a coastal low will be off the Carolina coast and this may cause some gale force winds and coastal flooding along the Jersey shore.
