We have mainly clear skies early on this Saturday morning and temperatures are rather uniform across the area ranging from the mid 20s here in Clifton to around 20 in the colder inland areas, winds are light.

High pressure building into the area will give us a mostly sunny day today with seasonably cold temperatures.

Dry weather will continue on Sunday with high temperatures around 10 degrees higher than today.

Quite mild on Monday with a low chance of a shower as a weak cold front crosses the area.  Mostly sunny on Tuesday with slightly cooler air but readings will still be above normal.

A stronger cold front will cross the area on Wednesday, temperatures will be very mild with highs approaching 60.

Dry and cooler on Thursday.

Some computer models are indicating a possible coastal storm on Friday that could give us snow or rain.

Skies have become partly cloudy early on this Friday morning and temperatures are bit milder than this time yesterday ranging from the upper 20s here in Clifton to the upper teens in the colder inland valleys, winds are nearly calm.

A cold front approaching from the west will cause increasing cloudiness today with some snow showers likely this afternoon which may give the area a dusting up to an inch in some places, it will become windy late in the day.  Snow showers should end by early this evening with gradual clearing at night, it will continue to be breezy and somewhat colder.

A dry weekend is in store for our area as high pressure moves into the area, we should have considerable cloudiness with seasonably cool temperatures on Saturday and then partly sunny skies on Sunday and milder.

Above normal temperatures will continue into next week, Monday and during the day on Tuesday will be mainly dry.

A stronger cold front will approach the area Tuesday night which will likely cause some rain showers, temperatures on Wednesday will be very mild with some areas may approach the 60 degree mark.

Skies are clear early on this Thursday morning and again there is a wide range of temperatures with the mid 20s in Clifton to around 10 in some of the coldest valleys,  winds are nearly calm.  If you are heading out this morning be aware there may be some icy patches.

Today will be a rather nice winter day with plenty of sunshine and light winds, we will have near seasonable temperatures with highs near 40.

On Friday we will be in between two systems, one across the Great Lakes and an other developing storm well offshore, we could expect more clouds and it will be breezy, there is a slight chance of some snow flurries but most places will remain dry, high temperatures will be similar than today’s.

A dry weekend is expected with plenty of sunshine both days, temperatures will be near seasonable on Saturday and above normal on Sunday.

Dry weather with mild temperatures will persist Monday and during the day on Tuesday but a rather strong system will be moving in from the west which will likely give us rain Tuesday night into Wednesday.   By this time next week the snow pack should just about be all gone.

A weak cold front will cross the area this morning followed by high pressure, we will start off cloudy but we should see mostly sunny skies by this afternoon, temperatures will not rise much from our current readings.

Above normal temperatures should be with us with mainly dry conditions Sunday through the middle part of next week.

We have partly cloudy skies early this Tuesday morning and again we have a wide range of temperatures ranging from the mid to upper 20s here in Clifton to around 10 in the coldest suburbs, winds are nearly calm.

Today we will see an increase in cloudiness but it will be milder as highs reach the low 40s, there is a slight chance of a shower later today and this evening but most places will stay dry.

Mostly sunny skies will return on Wednesday and persist through Friday with near seasonable temperatures, the storm that we were following now appears will stay well offshore and not give us any precipitation.

The upcoming weekend should  continue to be dry and milder.   There will be a nice gradual melting of the snow pack with little or no precipitation expected the next several days.
