Yesterday we received .93″ of rain in the morning and .23″ in the nighttime thunderstorms. Although there was a severe thunderstorm watch in the evening the line of storms weakened before moving through our area.

Today will be mostly cloudy with a slight chance of a morning shower as a cold front moves through the area. The humidity will drop by late in the day and it also will be breezy with some gusts to 25 mph.

High pressure will briefly move into our area on Wednesday giving us a sunny and very warm day but it will not be too humid with dew points around 60.

A frontal system will give us a good chance of afternoon and nighttime showers and thunderstorms on Thursday.

At this point Friday into the day on Saturday looks dry with near normal tempertures.

Showers are again possible Saturday night into Sunday.

Monday looks to be mostly sunny and seasonably warm.

A warm front moving through the area this morning will continue to give us showers till around 8 a.m., we should stay mainly dry the rest of this morning into this afternoon but some showers and possible strong to severe thunderstorms are possible this evening with strong gusty winds and heavy rain. Even a small and brief tornado is possible.

A cold front will cross the area on Tuesday with a low chance of additional showers, the front will be followed by a brisk westerly wind bringing in less humid air by Tuesday evening.

Wednesday looks to be a very nice summer day with plenty of sunshine and lower humidity although it still will be a little windy.

Another frontal system may touch off some showers Thursday night. Temperatures will be near seasonable levels.

At this point Friday into the day on Saturday looks to be dry but another disturbance may touch off more showers Saturday night into Sunday. Temperatures again will be near normal but it will be a little more humid.

Today’s weather will be quite similar to yesterday with warm temperatures, comfortable humidity and plenty of sunshine as a weak high pressure moves through the area.

A frontal system will give us showers and thunderstorms Monday into Tuesday, it will be humid with mostly cloudy skies both days. Some of the rain may be heavy at times.

The front will move to our northeast on Wednesday and high pressure will build into our area. It will be less humid but quite warm with mostly sunny skies, however it will be rather breezy.

Most of Thursday will be dry, but another frontal system will give us a chance of showers late at night with mainly afternoon and evening showers Friday and Saturday.

Yesterday we didn’t have any showers as most of the activity stayed to our north and west.

Another nice day on Sunday as high pressure builds into the area giving us mostly sunny conditions again with seasonably warm temperatures and comfortable humidity.
