A weak disturbance is moving well to our south today and we should have partly sunny skies in our area and temperatures will not be as chilly as we thought yesterday, as we will have more sunshine than expected. So highs will be near 70 instead of the low 60s.

Mainly dry weather with above normal temperatures tomorrow through the weekend, and although there may be a slight chance of showers on the weekend the next highest chance of showers will be mainly Sunday night into Monday.

The weak disturbance that gave us the cloudy skies with some sprinkles overnight is moving offshore while weak high pressure moves into our area. Skies will become sunny after the early cloudiness and it will be mild with highs well up into the 70s.

Another weak disturbance will give us a slight chance of showers on Tuesday and with the clouds and an onshore wind, temperatures will be cooler with most highs only in the low 60s.

An extended period of warm and dry conditions Wednesday through the weekend with only a low chance of showers on Mother’s Day.

The upper low pressure that has been giving us the cloudy and cool conditions this past week is finally moving offshore and we should see more in the way of sunshine today, but there is still a chance of some afternoon showers. Highs will be in the low 60s which is still slightly below normal.

For once it looks like we will finally have a dry weekend with milder temperatures and plenty of sunshine. Highs will be near 70 on Saturday and in the mid 70s for Sunday.

During the day on Monday we will have plenty of sunshine again along with continued mild temperatures, but a weak frontal system may touch off some showers Monday night into Tuesday.

Dry weather is likely Wednesday through the end of the week with seasonably mild temperatures.
