A southerly flow of quite mild air today as a cold front approaches from the west, high temperatures will be well up into the 60s with a 70 degree reading possible in some areas, skies will be partly sunny.

The cold front will cross the area today accompanied by showers mainly from 9 p.m. till 2 a.m. Rainfall amounts will be around 1/4″.

Much cooler and windy on Friday with highs mainly in the 40s.

Mainly dry weather for this weekend as high pressure moves into our area. Saturday will be cool but a return southwesterly flow will bring somewhat milder air into our area on Sunday.

A frontal system will likely give us rain on Monday followed by mainly dry and chilly conditions Tuesday into Wednesday.

Today will be milder as a warm front approaches from the southwest. Skies will start off mostly sunny but there should be some increasing high clouds in the afternoon. Highs will be mainly in the upper 50s and with lighter winds it will feel more comfortable than the last couple of days.

Quite mild on Thursday ahead of a cold front that will cross the area at night. High temperatures will be well up into the 60s. Showers are likely with the front at night.

Much cooler on Friday despite mostly sunny skies with highs only in the 40s.

Saturday will be cool with early lows mainly in the 20s and highs in the 40s.

Milder on Sunday but a frontal system may give us rain at night.

The frontal system will be moving slowly early next week with a good chance of showers. Monday will be seasonably mild but colder air will filter into our area on Tuesday with some of the showers may be mixed with snow.

High pressure building from the mid-west will give our area a mostly sunny and cool day but with less wind than yesterday as the low pressure over the Canadian Maritimes moves further away to the northeast.

A warm front will cross the area tomorrow and milder air will move into the area after a chilly morning, skies will be mostly sunny.

Thursday will be quite mild ahead of a cold front that will cross the area at night. Showers are likely with this front.

Chilly but mainly dry weather is expected Friday into the weekend.

A storm system may affect our area early next week.

NOTEOn this day in 2018 we received over 6 inches of snow most of it during the evening commute which caused massive traffic delays.

A weak trough of low pressure will move offshore today and will intensify. Skies will remain mostly cloudy with a slight chance of a morning shower. Winds will increase and gust to 30-35 mph making today feel quite chilly.

High pressure will build in on Tuesday, it still will be chilly but with less wind and more sunshine.

Milder Wednesday and Thursday as the high pressure slowly moves offshore. A rather strong cold front will likely cause showers Thursday night into early Friday morning.

Much cooler again Friday through the weekend but most of the area will be dry.

After yesterday’s rare thunderstorms today will be a quieter day with cool temperatures. Skies will start off mostly sunny but an increase in clouds is expected by this afternoon.

Continued cool on Monday with a slight chance of a morning shower as a weak disturbance moves through our area which may be mixed with snow flakes mainly over higher elevations to our north and west. It will become breezy by the afternoon.

Tuesday will be a mostly sunny but cool day with light winds.

Milder Wednesday and Thursday as high pressure moves off the southeast coast and gives our area a return southwest flow.
