Skies are mostly clear early on this Tuesday morning and temperatures are cool once again with readings ranging from the upper 50s in Clifton down to 50 degrees further inland, winds are mainly calm.

High pressure over the Canadian maritime region will give us a light onshore flow of continued cool and dry air today along with mostly sunny skies.

Warmer and more humid air will move into the area on Wednesday along with a chance of showers as a cold front moves toward our area.

Mostly sunny and seasonably warm with low humidity Thursday and Friday.

As we head into the holiday weekend it appears now that Saturday and Sunday will be seasonably cool with low humidity. There will be a chance of showers on Labor Day.

The cold front moved through our area overnight and will slowly push offshore, we should be mostly cloudy early with a chance of lingering light rain followed by clearing this afternoon. Temperatures will be cooler and the humidity will lower with dew points falling to the comfortable 50s.

High pressure will then build in from New England providing us with a seasonably cool weekend. Saturday will be dry but an onshore flow on Sunday will give us a chance of light rain or drizzle on Sunday along with mostly cloudy skies.

Dry and cool with continued comfortable humidity on Monday.

Becoming warmer and more humid toward the middle of next week and there will be a chance of showers mainly Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday followed by clearing on Thursday.
