Skies are mostly clear early on this Monday morning and temperatures range from the mid 60s in Clifton down to around 50 further inland, winds are mainly calm.

High pressure will be moving off the coast today, we should start off sunny this morning but we should have an increase in clouds this afternoon and tonight. it will be warm with highs in the mid 80s.

A weak warm front will cause some shower activity mainly from 4 a.m. through 10 a.m. on Tuesday. A weak cold front then will cross the area Tuesday afternoon with only a low chance of a shower.

Quite warm Wednesday through Friday with plenty of sunshine each day, high temperatures will be well up into the 80s and possibly we may have our first 90 degree day of the year.

A cold front will cause some showers Saturday afternoon and evening followed by dry and cooler weather on Sunday.

Our skies are clear early on this Sunday morning and with mainly calm winds there is a wide range in temperatures with the low 60s in Clifton down to the middle 40s further inland.

High pressure building over the area will give us a warm summer day with temperatures a couple of degrees higher than yesterday, winds will be lighter than yesterday and the humidity will stay low with dew points in the 50s.

The high pressure will be moving off the coast on Monday and we should see an increase in clouds late in the day, it will still be warm with a slow increase in humidity.

A frontal system will likely cause showers and possibly some thunderstorms on Tuesday with the best chance of rain in the morning.

Typical summerlike weather Wednesday through Saturday with warm temperatures and moderate humidity, most of the time it will be dry but there is a low chance of some showers and thunderstorms on Saturday.

Skies across the area were mostly clear and temperatures range from the upper 50s in Clifton down to the upper 40s further inland, winds are light and the humidity is low.

Yesterday we picked up .60 inches of rain in Clifton most of it falling in a heavy downpour around 8 a.m.

High pressure will be in control of our weather today and tomorrow giving our area plenty of sunshine both days with seasonably warm temperatures and low humidity. Today will be a little breezy but we should have less wind on Sunday.

Monday will continue to be dry and warm with increasing humidity.

The next chance of showers will be on Tuesday as a frontal system crosses our area.

Weak high pressure then will dominate our weather the rest of the week giving our area dry conditions along with warm temperatures and moderate humidity.

Low pressure moving through the area will be off the New England coast by this afternoon, showers will continue through at least 10 a.m. with some heavy downpours possible. High pressure building behind the low will cause clearing this afternoon and it will become breezy and much less humid.

High pressure will be in control of our weather this weekend giving the area mostly sunny skies both days with seasonably warm temperatures and low humidity. It may be still a little breezy on Saturday with less wind on Sunday.

Warm and increasingly more humid air is expected much of next week. There will be a chance of showers Monday night through Wednesday morning as a weak front moves through the area. High pressure then should give us dry weather the rest of the week.

Skies are cloudy and it is quite foggy early on this Thursday morning. There are some light showers falling mainly just south of our area. Temperatures range from the low to middle 60s and the humidity continues to be very high.

Yesterday we only received .07 inches of rain in Clifton while parts of Burlington and Ocean counties had 4-6 inches of rainfall.

The front that has stayed just to our south will move north of our area as a warm front, scattered showers will accompany the front this morning. After the front passes it will become warmer and even more humid as dew points reach the oppressive low 70s. A cold front approaching from the west will pass through late tonight preceded by some showers and thunderstorms some that may be heavy.

After a chance of a morning shower Friday will become much less humid as high pressure builds in from the west. We should see more sunshine but it will be breezy with some wind gusts to 30 mph.

The first weekend of summer looks quite pleasant with plenty of sunshine both days. Temperatures will be a little below normal on Saturday but rise to above normal readings on Sunday. The humidity will be low.

Warm early next week with a chance of showers Monday into Tuesday evening although the showers and clouds should not be as widespread as what we experienced this week.
