Skies are cloudy early on this Thursday morning and temperatures are warmer inland than our area with readings ranging from the mid 50s in Clifton up to around 60 further inland, winds are mainly calm.

Yesterday I recorded .93″ of rain.

A front just to our south will remain nearly stationary causing considerable cloudiness today. Disturbance moving along the front will cause more thunderstorm activity late this afternoon into this evening. Most of the severe weather should remain to our south across the central and southern parts of New Jersey but heavy rain is expected in our area with an inch of rain possible. A flash flood watch is in effect.

High pressure will build in for Friday providing more sunshine and milder temperatures with lower humidity. There may be a brief shower in the evening but most areas will remain dry.

The weekend weather will be unsettled with showers possible Saturday evening into Sunday.

Mainly fair and dry weather Monday through Wednesday, temperatures will be a little below normal.

Skies in our area are mostly cloudy and temperatures are mild ranging from the upper 60s in Clifton down to around 60 further inland, winds are mainly calm.

Yesterday .18 inches of rain fell as most of the heavy thunderstorms moved just to our south.

Today will be a mostly cloudy day. There will be a chance of a morning shower as an area of showers in Pennsylvania moves through, otherwise most of the heavy showers and thunderstorms will occur late this afternoon into early evening. Strong gusty winds and possibly hail will accompany these storms.

Thursday will be warm with a chance of showers as a cold front crosses our area. Showers will be likely at night.

Friday and Saturday look to be pleasant days with seasonably warm temperatures.

More showers possible on Sunday followed by dry and slightly cooler weather for early next week.

Our area skies are mostly cloudy early on this Tuesday morning and temperatures range from the mid 60s in Clifton down to around 50 further inland, winds are mainly calm.

A warm front approaching our area will cause showers to develop by later this morning with most of the rain ending by early this afternoon but as a cold front approaches we may see some strong thunderstorms this evening until the front moves through our area by midnight.

Nice and pleasantly warm weather during the day on Wednesday but this dry weather will be short lived as the front to our south starts moving northward which will likely give us more showers Wednesday night.

Thursday will still have a chance of showers and thunderstorms as the warm front moves to our north followed by a cold front at night.

Friday and Saturday looks to be dry with seasonably warm temperatures.

More showers possible on Sunday followed by dry weather early next week with seasonable temperatures.

Skies are mostly clear early on this Memorial Day morning and temperatures are mild with readings ranging from the mid 60s in Clifton down to the low 50s further inland, winds are light northerly.

A cold front came through overnight and today will become mostly sunny as a weak high pressure builds over the area. Temperatures and the humidity will be slightly lower than yesterday.

A weak low pressure moving along a front to our south on Tuesday will likely cause showers, mainly falling in the afternoon and night. Temperatures will be cooler with an onshore wind and cloudiness.

Most of Wednesday will be dry and seasonably warm but there will be a chance of showers at night.

Thursday looks to be a warm day but with a chance of showers and thunderstorms.

Friday looks to be a good day with plenty of sunshine and seasonably warm temperatures.

Unsettled weather returns for next weekend with a chance of showers mainly Saturday afternoon into the evening, however temperatures will continue to be above normal.

Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Sunday morning and temperatures range from the low 60s in Clifton down to the mid 50s further inland, winds are light southwesterly.

A warm front will be passing to our north and east this morning and it will be followed by clearing and it will become much warmer with highs possibly reaching the low 90s. The last time it hit 90 or above was last September 6th. There is a low chance of some scattered afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms but most areas will remain dry. A weak cold front will be coming through tonight.

Memorial Day will feature plenty of sunshine with temperatures cooler than today but still above normal.

A front to our south will likely cause showers on Tuesday and with an onshore wind and cloudy skies high temperatures may only be in the 60s.

Wednesday should be dry and warmer but there is a chance of showers at night.

Thursday will be warm and humid with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, some of these storms may be severe.

Fair weather with seasonably warm temperatures are expected Friday into the start of next weekend.
