Pleasantly warm and mainly dry today through Monday with lower humidity! Shower chances and humidity increase Tuesday through the rest of next week!

Good morning everyone!

Skies are mostly cloudy to cloudy across the area early this morning and temperatures throughout the area are in the mid to upper 60s, humidity is high and the winds are mainly calm.

Today we will start off with considerable cloudiness but we should have partly sunny skies by later this morning, there is only a low chance of a shower mostly to our east as a front slowly moves offshore.  Humidity levels should decrease as the day goes on.

Very pleasant summer weather Sunday and Monday with plenty of sunshine each day with seasonably warm temperatures and rather comfortable humidity as high pressure build into the area.

The pattern goes back to a strong Bermuda high pressure offshore and a trough to our west which will help bring in moist tropical air into the region.  There will be a chance of showers and thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon through the end of the week with the highest chances of rain will be in the afternoon and evening each day.  High temperatures will be near normal through this period, low temperatures will be above normal.  The humidity will rise with dew points again approaching the oppressive 70 degree mark.

Warm and humid today with a chance of strong thunderstorms! A lingering shower possible on Saturday! Sunny and less humid on Sunday!

Good morning everyone!

Skies are mostly clear but there is some fog in some of the inland valleys, temperatures range from the low 70s in the Clifton area down to the low 60s further inland, winds are mainly calm and the humidity is high.

Today will start off sunny but we should see an increase in high clouds as a front approaches from the west.  Showers and thunderstorms should develop this afternoon and some storms may become strong to severe into this evening with heavy rain, strong gusty winds and possibly some hail.  High temperatures today will be similar to yesterday with readings near 90.  The humidity will remain high with dew points near 70 degrees.

There is still a chance of a lingering shower on Saturday as the cold front will slowly move through the area, temperatures will be warm but the humidity will slowly drop by the afternoon.

Sunday and Monday look to be very nice summer days with seasonably warm temperature and lower humidity as high pressure builds over the area.

The nice weather will be short lived as the high offshore strengthens and a trough of low pressure will be to our west which will cause a southerly flow of tropical air once again with showers and thunderstorms possible from Tuesday afternoon through Thursday.  Some of the storms may be accompanied by heavy rain.
