Skies are partly cloudy early this morning and temperatures in the Clifton area are in the upper 20s, with low 20s reported further inland.

Today we will have increasing clouds, it will remain chilly with a light easterly wind.  A disturbance will cause rain tonight which will end before daybreak on Thursday.

Clearing and milder for the beginning of spring as temperatures reach the 50s.

Mild and dry weather will continue on Friday.

A cold front will cause some rain showers on Saturday with continued mild temperatures.

Cooler and dry on Sunday.

Even colder weather for the start of next week.  Watching for the potential of a coastal storm for Tuesday but  “at this point”  it will develop too far off in the Atlantic however it still may give us some snow showers.

Skies are partly cloudy at daybreak this morning and it is another cold morning with temperatures in the low 20s in the Clifton area to the teens further inland.

Today we will have plenty of sunshine and although temperatures will be about 10 degrees warmer than yesterday they will still be below normal for this time of year.

A disturbance moving through our area on Wednesday with give us some showers in the afternoon and night.

Very pleasant Thursday and Friday with plenty of sunshine with temperatures actually rising to near normal.

A cold front will cause some showers on Saturday and it still will be on the mild side.

Cooler and dry on Sunday.

Colder yet on Monday as next week looks to be again quite chilly for this time of year and with this pattern there may be some snow chances so don’t put those shovels away yet..

Skies are cloudy early this morning in the Clifton area, temperatures are quite chilly with readings around 20, teens further inland.  There is accumulating snow in the southern part of New Jersey but high pressure has prevented any snow to move into the northern part of the state.

It will remain cloudy today with unseasonably cold temperatures with highs only reaching the mid 30s.

Sunshine will return on Tuesday and it will be a bit milder but temperatures will still be below normal.

A weak disturbance will cause rain showers mainly Wednesday afternoon into the night, temperatures will moderate closer to normal.

Thursday and Friday we should experience the best weather of the upcoming week with plenty of sunshine and temperatures reaching the 50s.

More rain showers on Saturday as a cold front sweeps through the area, temperatures will continue to be mild.

Looking ahead it appears that unseasonably cold weather will return dominate much of next week.

With clear skies temperatures have fallen to the upper 20s in our are early this morning.

Today will be much colder than the 50s we had yesterday, skies will start off clear with increasing cloudiness this afternoon, temperatures will only rise to the mid 30s, well below normal for this time of year.

The storm system that we have been following looks like it will miss us to our south as a strong high pressure (or is it the shower curtain) will prevent most if not all the precipitation to remain just to our south, while Southern New Jersey may pick up a couple inches of snow we will be lucky to have a couple of flurries, temperatures will remain well below normal.

Clearing and not quite as cold on Tuesday.

We have cloudy skies early this morning, there have been some sprinkles falling and temperatures are about 25 degrees higher than this time yesterday, mainly in the low 40s.

We will have gradual clearing today and temperatures will reach the 50s.

A cold front will be crossing the area later in the day bringing back colder weather for Sunday with highs about 15 degrees colder than they will be today.

Most of the computer models have shifted south for the potential snow on St. Patricks Day so the risk of significant snow is lower although we may pick up an inch or two in Northern New Jersey with a little more across the southern part of the state.  Temperatures on Monday will be well below normal.

Clearing on Tuesday but still rather chilly for this time of year.

Temperatures recover to near normal Wednesday through Friday, there is a chance of some rain showers on Wednesday and again on Thursday.
