Mild with periods of rain on this Tuesday!


Skies are cloudy at daybreak this morning with some light showers in the area. Temperatures are quite mild, mostly in the low 40s which is almost 20 degrees warmer than normal for this time of day in January.

Today we will have periods of mostly light rain that will end by this afternoon, rain amounts will be about 1/4 of an inch.  Temperatures will continue to be mild with highs near 50..

Wednesday will be continued mild with mostly sunny skies, there is a chance of rain or snow showers at night.

Thursday, partly sunny and a little cooler

On Friday it will be mostly sunny with temperatures seasonably mild in the mid 40s. Again there is a chance of rain or snow showers at night.

Seasonably cold on the weekend with some snow showers possible on Saturday.

Dry with continued seasonably cold weather for Sunday into Monday.

Pleasantly mild and dry start of the work week!!


With clear skies early this morning temperatures have fallen to the upper 20s in the Clifton area to the low 20s further inland.

Today will be a very pleasant day for the middle of January with sunny skies and temperatures rising into the low 50s.

On Tuesday a cold front will give us a likelihood of some light rain mostly falling in the morning, it will remain mild with highs near 50.

Somewhat cooler Wednesday through Friday but temperatures will be at or slightly above normal.  There is a chance of rain or snow showers on Wednesday as a low pressure forms offshore, otherwise the rest of the week should be dry

Cold and dry on the weekend but not as frigid as what we experienced last week.

Tonight – Mostly cloudy with a chance of light rain after 3am, low around 40.

Tuesday – Chance of showers mainly in the morning, high near 50.

Mild, dry and breezy Sunday!


At daybreak this morning skies are partly cloudy and temperatures have only fallen to around the 40 degree mark, winds are brisk out of the west.

A rather mild Sunday is in store for us however winds will continue to be on the breezy side.  Most highs will be in the upper 40s.

Monday will probably be the nicest day of this week with light winds and mild temperatures reaching the low 50s in most areas.  We will have increasing clouds during the afternoon with rain likely late Monday night.

Mainly light rain likely on Tuesday mostly in the morning with continued above normal temperatures.

Cooler weather with near normal temperatures Wednesday through Friday, there may be some rain or snow showers on Wednesday otherwise we should remain dry.

Colder next weekend but again it will not be as frigid as we experienced last week.

Tonight – Clear, low in the upper 20s.

Monday – Sunny start then increasing cloudiness, high in the low 50s. Rain likely after midnight.

Rainy and very mild Saturday followed by a cooler and dry Sunday!


At daybreak this morning we have some light rain and temperatures are rising quickly into the 40s as a warm front has passed to our north.

Today and tonight we will have rain heavy at times ending around midnight.  Temperatures will continue to rise reaching the 50s in most areas.  Rainfall amounts will average 1 1/2 to 2 inches which will cause some flooding.

Sunday we will dry out, temperatures will be in the upper 40s, winds will be brisk.

Pleasantly mild and dry on Monday.

Another storm system will likely give us more rain on Tuesday with mild temperatures continuing.

Cooler weather Wednesday through Friday with a chance of some rain or snow showers on Wednesday.

Colder weather next weekend but no where near as frigid as we experienced this week.

Cloudy and milder Friday with some light precipitation. Very mild with heavy rain on Saturday!


Temperatures this morning are in the mid 20s with cloudy skies.  Some flurries have been reported in our area, however about an inch of snow has occurred across the Poconos and Orange county.

Today we will have continued cloudy skies with a chance of light snow mixed with freezing rain this morning, changing to light rain this afternoon as temperatures rise to near 40.

A storm system will be moving into the area on Saturday with rain most of the day and night with 1-2 inches expected, strong southerly winds will boast temperatures to near the 60 degree mark.

We dry out on Sunday, highs will be in the upper 40s with a brisk wind.

Monday will be dry and mild.

Another storm system will give us another chance of rain on Tuesday with continued mild temperatures.

Cooler on Wednesday and Thursday with only a slight chance of any precipitation.
