Good weather to finish the weekend!


This morning lots of clouds are around and temperatures at daybreak are in the upper 40s, it will become mostly sunny by later this morning with readings a couple of degrees milder than yesterday capping off in the low 60s.
Dry weather will start the workweek with slightly above normal temperatures.
Shower chances will increase Wednesday through Friday but temperatures will still be above normal.

A nice spring weekend on tap after yesterday’s rain.


After a chilly and rainy Friday the weekend’s weather will be a welcoming change as we will have dry conditions with seasonably mild temperatures.
This enjoyable spring weather will continue most of this upcoming week with little or no chances of rain till maybe later in the week, temperatures will average slightly above normal for mid-April.

Tonight – Partly cloudy – low around 40.
Sunday – Mostly sunny, high near 60.
Monday – Mostly sunny, high in the low to mid 60s.
Tuesday – Mostly cloudy, high in the upper 60s.

Thursday — Mostly cloudy, high in the upper 60s.
Friday – Mostly cloudy, breezy with a chance of showers, high in the upper 60s.

Marine Forecast: Small craft advisory for hazardous seas through this evening. Today – West winds to 15 knots, seas up to 5 feet.
Outlook – Advisory conditions possible early Sunday and again early next week.

Rainy Friday will be followed by a nice weekend!


Rain is approaching our area and should start around 8am and continue heavy at times as a low pressure over Ohio will move toward our area. It will be chilly also with a brisk easterly wind.
The rain will taper off by sunset and end this evening.
The weekend will be dry with plenty of sunshine and near seasonable temperatures.
A moderating trend early next week with the temperatures reaching around 70 by Tuesday.
The next chance of showers will be around Thursday.

The forecast: Today rain, heavy at times, chilly with a high only around 50.
Tonight – Chance of a shower till around 10 pm then clearing, low in the low 40s.
Saturday – Partly sunny, high near 60.
Sunday – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 50s.
Monday – Mostly sunny, high in the low 60s.
Tuesday – Partly sunny, high near 70.
Wednesday – Partly sunny, high in the upper 60s.

Outlook – Small craft advisory will continue till Saturday morning then below advisory levels the rest of the weekend. Advisories possibly will be needed due to a stronger southerly flow on Monday and Tuesday..

Much cooler today with rain on Friday!


Although it is quite mild this morning with readings in the upper 50s temperatures will gradually fall as we go through the day as the front moves south of our area and we are stuck with an onshore flow of cool marine air. It will remain cloudy all day with some drizzle developing later in the day, also the wind will pick up out of the east.
Tonight some drizzle will persist and then rain will develop after midnight, it will be cooler than the last couple of nights with temperatures falling to around 40.
Friday will be a nasty and raw day with rain heavy at times along with a rather strong easterly wind.
The weekend will be very pleasant with plenty of sunshine and near seasonable temperatures.
As we head into next week it will becoming milder but not as warm as the past few days.

The forecast: Today – Cloudy with drizzle by this afternoon, temperatures slowly falling through the 50s.
Tonight – Drizzle this evening with rain after midnight, low around 40.
Friday – Rain, heavy at times and windy, highs in the low 50s.
Saturday – Mostly sunny, high in the low 60s.
Sunday – Sunny, high in the upper 50s.
Monday – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 60s.
Tuesday – Partly sunny, high in the low 70s.
Wednesday – Partly sunny, high in the mid-upper 60s.

Marine Forecast: Small craft advisory from noon today till 2am Friday, northeast wind to 25 knots increasing to 35 knots by daybreak on Friday, seas 3 feet today increasing to 8 feet by daybreak on Friday.
Outlook – Gale warning issued from 2am till noon on Friday, small craft advisories should then continue into Friday night before lowering to below advisory levels for the weekend into early next week!

One more day of warm weather then cooler with rain chances increasing!


This morning we have partly cloudy skies and temperatures are in the mid 50s. A little back door cold front has dropped south of us and cooled us off a bit since at 3:15am it was 69 degrees, dropping about 15 degrees in only two hours. This front will be in our area today and there will be more clouds than yesterday with temperatures well above normal again but not as warm as the record high readings of the 80s we had on Tuesday.
Tomorrow the front will move further south and we will be the cooler marine air along with cloudy skies with periods of light rain and drizzle, temperatures will remain only in the 50s.
Friday looks like a washout with rain possibly heavy at times and it will remain cool.
The weekend will be dry with seasonable April temperatures.
Early next week also should be dry with slightly higher than normal temperatures.

Tonight – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and possibly a thundershower, low near 50.
Thursday – Cloudy and cooler with a chance of light rain and drizzle, high only in the mid to upper 50s.
Friday – Rain with possibly a thunderstorm, high in the upper 50s.
Saturday – Mostly sunny, high in the low 60s.
Sunday – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 50s.
Monday – Mostly sunny, high in the low 60s.
Tuesday – Partly sunny, high in the upper 60s.

Marine forecast: Today – North wind becoming southeast around 10 knots, seas 3 feet.
Outlook – Small craft advisories may be needed Thursday and Friday for high seas otherwise below advisory conditions into early next week.
