Cold to linger one more day!


At daybreak this morning we have clear skies with temperatures a couple of degrees higher than yesterday morning, falling to around 30 degrees. Today will be a repeat of yesterday with much below normal temperatures and gusty winds. Also with gusty winds and low humidity a fire weather warning is in effect for brush fires, so watch your butts.
After a chilly start on Thursday temperatures will moderate during the day with plenty of sunshine.
On Friday a coastal low pressure will be moving east of our area with rain likely falling mainly from 8am-2pm.
The weather will be seasonably mild and dry for the weekend.
Early next week there will be mostly cloudy skies but temperatures will rise into the 60s.

The forecast: Today – Sunny and breezy, high in the upper 40s.
Tonight – Mostly clear, low in the mid-upper 20s.
Thursday – Sunny, high in the mid 50s.
Friday – Rain likely, mainly between 8am-2pm, high in the low 50s.
Saturday – Sunny, high in the mid 50s.
Sunday – Mostly cloudy, high in the upper 50s.
Monday – Mostly cloudy, high near 60.
Tuesday – Mostly cloudy, high in the lower 60s.

Marine Forecast: Small craft advisory issued till 6am on Thursday for northwest winds gusting to 30 knots and seas up to 6 feet.
Outlook – Sub advisory level condition Thursday into early Friday then advisories likely Friday afternoon into early Saturday.
