Mainly cloudy but dry Thursday; Heavy rain from Andrea’s remnants on Friday; Weekend weather looking better!

Clouds have moved into the Clifton area this morning and today will be a mostly cloudy day, temperatures will be on the cool side with the clouds and a light onshore wind.
Heavy rain late tonight into Friday night first from a low in the Midwest and then from the remnants of Tropical Storm Andrea that will be moving up the coast. Andrea will be more of a rain producer with 2-3 inches of rain likely however winds and coastal flooding will not be a problem
The good news is that Andrea will be a quick mover and most of the rain will be out of here by 8am Saturday morning setting us up for a rather nice weekend with seasonably warm temperatures and only a slight chance of a light shower on Saturday morning.
Shower chances increase again early next week along with seasonably mild temperatures.
