Mainly cloudy Saturday with some showers possible; Heat wave starts tomorrow!


At daybreak this morning we have cloudy skies with a few scattered showers around, temperatures have fallen to the mid-upper 60s but it is rather muggy.
Today we will have cloudy skies for the most part with a chance of some showers and thunderstorms, some heavy rain possible in these storms, temperatures will be slightly below normal topping off in the low 80s.
Our heat wave is still on schedule to start tomorrow and last into all of next week as the Bermuda high pressure builds back of the area. Temperatures will be in the 90s each day and the humidity will rise. Most of the area will remain dry but a pop up thunderstorm cannot be ruled out..

Tonight – Mostly cloudy with a chance of an evening shower or thunderstorm, low around 70.
Sunday – Partly sunny, high near 90.
Monday – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 90s.
Tuesday – Sunny, high in the low-mid 90s.
Wednesday – Mostly sunny, high in the low to mid 90s.
Thursday – Mostly sunny, high in the low to mid 90s.
Friday – Mostly sunny with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, high in the low 90s.
