Chilly with periods of rain today and tonight; Nice weekend weather!


We have had some light showers overnight and at daybreak skies are cloudy and temperatures in the Clifton area are around 40.

We may have a little break in the rain this morning but light rain will move into the area later this afternoon and continue into tonight, temperatures will be quite chilly remaining in the 40s.

We dry out on Saturday it will be breezy with milder temperatures.

Sunday should be the best day of the weekend with lighter winds and highs near 60.

Another area of rain will move into the area Monday afternoon and continue through Tuesday, rainfall amounts should be more than today approaching one inch..

Dry weather should extend Wednesday through next Friday, temperatures will be cool on Wednesday warming towards the end of next week.

 

The forecast: Today – Light rain early this morning then cloudy with rain redeveloping later this afternoon, highs only in the mid 40s.

Tonight – Rain, low near 40.

Saturday – Mostly sunny and breezy, high in the upper 50s.

Sunday – Sunny, high near 60.

Monday – Increasing cloudiness with rain developing in the afternoon, high in the mid 50s.

Tuesday – Partly sunny, chance of a shower, high near 60.

Wednesday – Partly sunny, high in the mid 50s.

Thursday – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 50s.

 

Marine Forecast: Small craft advisory in effect through Saturday afternoon,  Today – East winds to 25 knots, seas 4-7 feet.

Outlook – Sub advisory level conditions Saturday night through Monday morning with advisories possible later Monday and likely Monday night into Tuesday.
